1. Fully implement the policy of "one registration valid for three days"Achieve full coverage in all public medical and health institutions at all levels in the province, and improve the efficiency and quality of outpatient services.

2. Further advance the "Year of Pediatric and Mental Health Services"Enable over 95% of primary medical and health institutions to provide diagnosis and treatment services for common and frequently-occurring pediatric diseases; ensure that secondary and above general hospitals generally set up psychiatric outpatient clinics and wards; and increase the number of township health centers and community health service centers providing mental health diagnosis and treatment services to 900.

3. Continuously optimize weight management servicesPromote the establishment of weight management or obesity prevention and treatment clinics (centers) in secondary and above general hospitals, and push primary medical and health institutions to incorporate weight management into family doctor contract services. Accelerate the transformation and application of research achievements on the Lingnan dietary pattern.

4. Further advance the mutual recognition of examination and test resultsSpeed up the construction of a provincial medical imaging cloud platform, achieve a more than 20% increase in the number of mutually recognized items, and actively promote inter-provincial mutual recognition with provinces in Central South China.

5. Improve and expand the coverage of unattended care servicesAchieve a more than 10% increase in pilot institutions, encourage tertiary public hospitals to build unattended care wards, and improve service norms and management mechanisms.

6. Popularize early pregnancy care outpatient servicesEnable qualified medical and health institutions to generally set up early pregnancy outpatient clinics and strengthen consultation and guidance in the first trimester of pregnancy.

7. Enhance the sense of gain from family doctor contract servicesVigorously promote the extension of contract services to government departments, enterprises, schools, communities and elderly care institutions, and strive to raise the coverage rate by 1-3 percentage points. Improve service capacity for key groups including the elderly and children and mental health services. Formulate basic and personalized service packages in a rational manner.

8. Upgrade and optimize immunization servicesPromote secondary and above medical institutions to generally provide immunization services and issue vaccine prescriptions; ensure that all township health centers and community health service centers offer vaccine vaccination services on weekends; implement national immunization program for HPV vaccination; advance the application of electronic immunization certificates; and improve the cross-provincial sharing of data on off-site vaccination.

9. Vigorously develop inclusive childcare servicesImplement hierarchical and classified management for public and social-run inclusive childcare service institutions, and implement government-guided prices accordingly. Coordinate service optimization and price benefits, and raise the childcare enrollment rate in light of local conditions.

10. Actively promote the wide dissemination of health science popularizationFurther build the "Healthy Guangdong" science popularization brand, hold press conferences on "Lingnan Seasonal Customs and Health", carry out no less than 10,000 health science popularization activities featuring "integration into five sectors" (government departments, enterprises, communities, schools and families), and push for an increase of at least 2 percentage points in the health literacy of residents across the province.
