On April 14th, the National Health Commission issued a notice from the National Love Health Association on incorporating three actions, including the Healthy Weight Management Action, into the Healthy China Action, and held a press conference to introduce the relevant situation of "deepening the patriotic health movement and advocating a civilized and healthy lifestyle".

The action plan for healthy weight management is clear. By 2030, a supportive environment for weight management will be widely established, the awareness and skills of weight management among the public will be significantly improved, healthy lifestyles will be more popular, and a good situation of weight management will be formed where everyone participates and benefits. The upward trend of overweight obesity in the population will be initially slowed down, and the abnormal weight of some people will be improved. Based on the above objectives, this action proposes 8 main work measures in 2 aspects. Among them, at the individual and family levels, it is proposed to have a correct understanding of weight, scientifically manage weight, and master weight management skills; At the social and government levels, it is proposed to strengthen the popularization and promotion of science, leverage professional technical advantages, standardize weight management service models, actively create a favorable social supportive environment for weight management, advocate new concepts of healthy consumption, and strengthen weight monitoring and effectiveness evaluation.

The Healthy Rural Construction Action starts from the perspective of "big health, big health" and focuses on the "four basic paths" of the Healthy China Action - popularizing health knowledge, participating in health actions, providing health services, and extending healthy life expectancy. The overall goal of the 2030 Healthy Rural Construction Action is set. Specifically, by 2030, the gap in health literacy and health levels between urban and rural residents will significantly narrow; The level of health literacy among rural residents has improved, and healthy lifestyles are becoming increasingly popular; The proportion of rural doctors with the qualification of practicing (assistant) physicians has been increasing year by year, and rural medical and health services are fully covered. Residents can more conveniently obtain high-quality medical and health services and public health services; Major disease hazards and major health risk factors have been effectively controlled, making rural environments healthier and more livable. This action clarifies the responsibilities and tasks of each party from the perspectives of individuals, families, society, and government. At the government level, it includes promoting the balanced layout of medical and health resources within the county, strengthening public health services, building a health supportive environment, consolidating and expanding the achievements of health poverty alleviation, etc.

The overall goal of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Promotion Action is to achieve a 30% level of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy among Chinese citizens by 2030; The proportion of traditional Chinese medicine clinical departments set up in public comprehensive hospitals at or above the second level and tertiary maternal and child health hospitals reaches 95%; The proportion of traditional Chinese medicine non pharmacological therapies provided by community health service stations and village clinics reached 100% and 80% respectively; Further optimize traditional Chinese medicine health management services for the elderly in the national basic public health service project, with a traditional Chinese medicine health management rate of 90% for children aged 0-36 months. Enhance the initiative of personal learning and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine health knowledge, and carry out self-service traditional Chinese medicine health management; Social forces are more widely involved in popularizing traditional Chinese medicine health knowledge and creating a good atmosphere for promoting traditional Chinese medicine health; Traditional Chinese medicine health care services are more standardized, and the mechanism for promoting and ensuring traditional Chinese medicine health is more sound. This action proposes practical requirements for promoting traditional Chinese medicine health from three levels: individuals and families, society, and government.

It is reported that in 2019, the State Council issued the "Opinions on Implementing the Healthy China Action" and launched 15 special actions to implement the Healthy China Action. The three newly added actions will be coordinated and promoted with these 15 special actions.
