Author:Clinical Research Association Time:2024-11-22 Reader:52

Background of the event

The clinical research industry, as an important component of the biopharmaceutical field, has rapidly developed globally in recent years. The biopharmaceutical industry is a strategic emerging industry that is a key focus of national development. The government has introduced policies to encourage and support the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, including increasing research and development investment, optimizing approval processes, and providing tax incentives, providing strong policy support and a favorable development environment for the clinical research industry.

Medical institutions play an important role in supporting the healthy development of the clinical research industry. They can provide clinical evaluation data and evidence as participants in registered clinical trials in the biopharmaceutical industry, as well as support the clinical research (IIT) initiated by their own researchers to generate research results and gain benefits from the application and transformation of these results.

As of now, there are over 1500 medical institutions in China that have completed the registration of drug and device clinical trial institutions, with about 30000 registered researchers. Experienced institutions need brand building, and many institutions urgently need to achieve zero breakthroughs and expand project cooperation sources. The development of clinical research industry in medical institutions also requires more high-quality supporting supplier cooperation in IIT and achievement transformation. Moreover, the competition among biopharmaceutical companies is intensifying, and there is an urgent need to improve research and development efficiency and reduce clinical operating costs. By organizing clinical research institutions and enterprises to participate in exhibitions, promoting sufficient communication and transactions between the supply and demand sides of clinical research resources, it will undoubtedly promote the integrated development of the clinical research industry
