1、 5G+Beidou: Empowering Health Industry Applications

In the context of the policy of replacing and scaling up the use of single Beidou, the "Guidelines for Beidou Application Scenarios in the Health Industry" developed by the Guangdong Health Commission, which focuses on mobile support, provides terminal services for health management services, emergency rescue command, and sudden disease prevention and control command scenarios based on the single Beidou module, Beidou high-precision, Beidou short message, Beidou timing and other atomic capabilities of the Shanghai Research Institute.

2、 AI intelligent robots: helping improve the quality and efficiency of medical services

Based on the annual completion of research, notification, and follow-up tasks such as the "Satisfaction and Authenticity Survey of Basic Public Health Awareness Rate", "Discharge Follow up", and "Elderly Physical Examination Notice" by the National Health Commission, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, hospitals, and community health service centers; Due to the numerous tasks and heavy workload, it has taken up a lot of time from medical staff and caused significant pressure on them. China Mobile has launched an AI based intelligent voice scene based robot that integrates voice dedicated lines, text messages, and brand identity. It has the characteristics of high anthropomorphism and high concurrency, and can effectively assist medical personnel in completing work tasks.

3、 Security and Privacy: Building a Trusted Doctor Patient Channel

1. Middle Number: A secure and privacy communication product launched by China Mobile, which assigns temporary virtual phone numbers to both parties in a call, helping the medical industry and patients ensure information security and control service processes.

2. Enterprise Work Number: A manageable mobile communication number service created by China Mobile for government and enterprise clients, with more than ten functions such as call recording, enterprise business cards, and hidden numbers. The hospital provides one-on-one work accounts for medical staff, who use the work account app for outbound calls to protect their personal number privacy. The hospital controls the quality of communication services through the enterprise management backend.

3. Trusted authentication: Based on the capabilities of ID card+certificate+big data+AI, further establish an identity authentication system with trusted accounts as the core, forming three types of solutions: trusted messages, trusted calls, and trusted signatures (5G fast signatures), providing services such as operation anti denial, data anti tampering, information anti theft, message port real name, and call intelligent upgrade. It can be applied to family doctor contract signing, health record management, registration and medication filing, etc., to improve the convenience and traceability of the contract signing and business processing process.

4、 5G+Smart First Aid: Building a Comprehensive Emergency Medical Rescue System

In response to the pain points of informationization in various aspects of emergency first aid, combined with the advantages of China Mobile's AI+cloud network, we will achieve service innovation such as AI seat assistant, video call, precise positioning, intelligent assistance, and in car consultation, and create a 5G+AI emergency rescue integrated platform, realizing a new mode of emergency service of "location upon call, rescue upon call, and hospital admission upon boarding".

We have undertaken the integrated construction project of pre hospital emergency and emergency medical rescue command platform for Guangzhou Emergency Medical Command Center, and collaborated with Sichuan Provincial Personnel Hospital and National (Sichuan) Emergency Medical Rescue Team to create a 5G+emergency medical rescue system covering both daily emergency and disaster rescue scenarios, as well as the Bazhong Emergency Dispatch Center.
