On August 27th, the 2023 Guangzhou Medical and Health Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Medical Expo"), jointly organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Cooperation Office, successfully concluded in Zone A of the Guangzhou Trade Fair Exhibition Hall.

This year's Guangzhou Medical Expo attracted a total of 51000 visitors, including exhibitors, hospital representatives, purchasers, and professional visitors to visit and exchange. More than 3 million online visitors attended the exhibition, and the on-site transactions of the special exhibition and research conference of the Medical Expo were fruitful. In three days, a total of 563 cooperation intent letters were signed.

Representatives of top 500 companies in the world, including Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group, Daan Gene, China Unicom, Aikang Guobin, Qianhai Life Insurance Hospital, and other leading medical and health enterprises, participated in the exhibition, as well as nearly 100 public and private medical institutions from various provinces and cities across the country.

Multiple themed forums such as the Clinical Research High Quality Development Forum and the Digital Health Technology and Application Forum held at the same time have provided important platforms for medical institutions and related enterprises to discuss cooperation opportunities, promote the development of the medical and health industry, and promote industry progress. It also fully demonstrates the important supporting role of Guangzhou, as an important city in the national medical and health field, in promoting medical technology innovation.
